Summary: stayed in room 404. carpets need cleaned as well as gathering area in building. most of the furniture has seen better days.(scratches, bent, missing parts, ect) . the outside tables, chairs, and porch railings havent been cleaned in a bit. there was ample parking, easy access to suites, breakfast was great, and coffee station was great as well.(need some paper towels at that station, though) Property was maintained and very large for everyone to enjoy. overall, enjoyed our time there, but suites were not in great shape that I expected them to be in. simple things like stains on floors is a quick fix and I understand furniture is exspensive, so more worn furniture should go to regular rooms and newer furniture should start in suites and work their way out to regular rooms. people staying in suites do pay a premium! so I would think they get premium rooms, in my opinion.. 4 stars..

Summary: Staff is very helpful and friendly. This was our second time staying here. The first time we stayed in the Bridal suite in the Signature suites building. It was top notch and above and beyond. This time we stayed in standard King suite. It was in the basement level. We kept getting a wet spot on the rug in front of the bathroom. My husband notified the front desk and she came and looked and called maintenance who said it was from defrosting the fridge. We stayed 2 days and it wasn’t defrosted and the spot got bigger. It’s either a drainage issue or shower leak. That was our only complaint. They have a pool room with a spa, steam room, sauna, and cold plunge besides the pool which were great! A private movie theatre which plays 2 movies a night. Beautiful grounds and walking trails. Golf putting greens. Free breakfast. Free beverages 24/7. Definitely would stay again, just a different room

Summary: Long waits at the reception desk. No towel racks Sliding pocket doors in bath room was a bad idea. Breakfast was only adequate and floor was sticky for both days

Summary: When checked in I was told my room was in the basement. That was ok because they only have rooms on the 1st and 3rd floors. Once I sat on the bed it felt like a board was under the mattress, very very uncomfortable to sleep on. The view from my room were the central air units. I really feel like I was given this room because I reserved it on HOTELS.COM and I know I got my room at a lower cost but the room was not cheap. I will never stay here again.
