Positive: Central location. Close to the cafes and restaurants and seaside promenade.

Negative: Small room only fits one bed, that is all. For one night stay this is probably all right. Breakfact is included, but served in a cafe 100 metres away from the house. There is no private parking, parked at the street.

Positive: Very nice place decorated with a lot of love, super friendly staff and perfect location everything is in walking distance.

Negative: Wifi signal was weak in the room guess one can live with that. acoustic isolation is quite low, if you have less mindful folks next to your room this could become a problem. We got lucky.

Summary: Nice cozy place with great staff in the right place in Urla / Iskele.

Positive: Very lovely little place with a few guestrooms and a nice shared living space with a fireplace. Very friendly owner who also runs a bar next to the hotel, which is definitely worth a visit. I really enjoyed my stay here and can definitely recommend visiting!
