Positive: - Location is great, there are 2 metro stations within the walking distance and multiple bus stops. There are a couple of supermarkets, with the one in front working from 7am-1am. There are multiple underground paid parkings where you can leave your car (1 week will be around 115 eur). Within the walking distance there are lots of cafes, bakeries, shopping mall El Corte Ingles and the walks a very enjoyable. - Dog parks around if you travel with a dog. The apartment is on ground floor but there is still a small staircase (around 8-10 steps) to make, just sharing in case someone’s dog is old. - Fast responses from the host. I locked myself with a dog outside the apartment and the owner send me the keys rightaway whic was appreciated as it happened on a big football game night when ppl are out. - Everything in the apartment is very stylish, lots of lights, electric towel dryer, and everything you need for the kitchen.
Negative: - Check-in: make sure that the host sends you not only the link for the app, but also a code for the box where the actual key to the apartment is. We were not provided this in advance and were confused when we arrived, but luckily, a call solved it fast. - Sleep: the bed needs to be changes as it makes horrible noises for each little move during the night. Additionally, the door to the bathroom which is en-suite needs to be aligned as it doesn’t open fully (gets stuck at 45 degree angle) with a big noise. You can still open it ore if you lift it up a bit, however, the noise will remain. Due to this it was hard to get good rest, even though the street outside was very quiet. - Check out: we were only given a set of 2 keys when we checked in, however, the hosts insists that there was one more key in the set, which was not the case for us. We will be resolving this via booking support. I strongly advise to make a video when you open the key box during check in, so that it proves which keys you received.
