Positive: Location is peaceful and unique. The cabin is lovely and makes for a good relaxing break. There is no Internet or signal for phone coverage, Not a bad thing. Just need to be prepared. Beds comfortable and place nice and warm, even though it was freezing outside. The host is friendly and communates well ahead of visit.

Negative: There were a few small things just to point out for the host. The Kettle is full of limescale, and could do with being replaced. It causes floating bits of limescale in the boiled water. We had to boil water in a pot on the hob. There was one ring in the hob also not working (bottom left). The DVD player didn't work (just kept spitting out the DVDs). Not the end of the world. But would have been nice if it had worked.

Summary: Lovely cabin for a social media blackout weekend.

Positive: We had such a relaxing time, stress free check in and the logcabin was already cosy and warm on arrival. Our cabin was fully kitted out with everything we needed to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The fact it was pet friendly is a welcome bonus & we would definitely recommend & look forward to staying again in the future.

Positive: I hate booking somewhere without reviews and dont normally do reviews. This was a great find the cabin was exactly like photos 3 really good sized double bedrooms with good quality bedding 3 full bathrooms the place was really clean location was a dream in the middle of a forest but still a 5 min drive to a town with plenty of shops bars restaurants the balcony where massive and so nice to sit at nights the area was amazing really perfect for a family i would highly recommend these cabins for a family vacation cant wait to go back i would bring fishing rods river in forest is 100 yards away
