Negative: It is a period house and still has its original windows which mean it can be a little noisy outside but this didn’t affect our stay at all

Positive: Excellent breakfast, well cooked and presented. Location was excellent, in easy reach of all of Sidmouth. Mark and Louise made us very welcome and it was a pleasure to stay in their guest house. Would recommend.

Positive: We very much liked the hosts Mark and Louise, very friendly and considerate. They had great knowledge of the area, places to go, where to eat, and comprehensive maps and brochures. Very nice house, everywhere clean and tidy. Breakfast choice was very comprehensive and enjoyable. Parking available on site. Just a few minutes walk to the shops and seafront.
Negative: We cannot think of anything negative - all great
