Summary: Our family had a great time, grandkids loved fishing off the pier. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Mosquitoes were bad from the previous storms but didn’t keep us from have a great time. Look forward to next year.

Summary: The house was roomy & oh so comfortable. Everything we could possibly need. Lots of parking & the sunsets spectacular🤗 I would definitely rent again. Things I would change is door knobs without push in lock buttons. Coded deadbolts are perfect. And please fix the upstairs shower. We had a wonderful time!! Summary: Very spacious house with everything you need. Lighted pier was awesome for the kids to fish. Cold front blew in and was a bit cooler than expected but it was a great time. Looking forward to returning next year. I highly recommend.

Summary: The house has a great layout with all the amenities you will need. The pier has plenty of space for multiple people to fish from. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property and it was very comfortable for me and my family. The access to Copano Bay was great. I’d recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Summary: This is a great property if you love to fish. Private pier, and private boat ramp. The house was clean and had all the extras you could possibly need. They provided plenty of outdoor chairs, so no need to pack them and they also have a charcoal grill available for use. Located about 10 minutes from the heart of the town and Rockport beach. Communication with the owner was great. He was very responsive and did his best to accommodate our needs. We enjoyed it and can’t wait to come back.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here and everything was exactly as shown online. We were a little further from Rockport/food than we anticipated but that's not a huge deal. We'd definitely stay again!
