Driving up the winding driveway gives only a peek of the fabulous amenities waiting to be explored on the inside, but wait..the true hidden gems of this property lives in the outdoor spaces! Spend time in the flower and veggie garden or sipping a cool libation while watching the plants grow. The two outdoor fire pits provides an elevated experience to sitting around the camp fire. Walking through the front door, guests are greeted with the most enchanting view of the 7th hole, including sand traps & water hazards, clear through to the Sengekontacket Pond. The open floor plan is perfect for allowing in ample lighting but cozy enough to create the perfect ambiance well into the evening. With a creative blending of modern & island decor, guest are able to enjoy the finest amenities in the comfort of a home. The fully equipped kitchen is sure to please the most creative chef! Complete with outdoor grill, ice maker, beverage center, stainless steel appliances, toaster, microwave, coffee/espresso maker, & frozen drink blender. Guest can enjoy their meal around the large dining table or outside in the enclosed porch. The master suite (king bed) features a large walk in closet, en suite bathroom with water closet, soaking tub & separate shower. Guest are able to enjoy breakfast in the enclosed porch attached to this suite. Complete with ceiling fans and flat screen TV its hard to imagine anything more a guest might need. The first floor also holds the other mini master suite, this room (queen bed) is complete with its own bathroom, large closet, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and work desk. The third bedroom (queen bed) & fourth (twin beds) bedrooms are located on the second floor and offer spectacular views of the grounds and Sengekontacket Pond. Also equipped with ceiling fans, private bathrooms and tv's. The beautifully decorated lower level features a fireplace, full bathroom, 2 flat screen TVs with 6 reclining chairs, with plenty of enough space to place extra sleeping cots for the unexpected guest.
