Best Vacation Retreat on Lewisville Lake! The perfect setup for families or groups who want to maximize the Lake & have all weather entertainment no matter what season you visit! Our property is a huge compound w/ main house, POOL & HOT TUB, two guest houses each w/ living areas & Barn Gameroom that creates the PERFECT LAKEFRONT GETAWAY even if you aren't on the water! Plenty of room to park Boats & RV w/ cover & we have a sandy beach to pull up boats & jet skis & launch our kayaks/paddleboards
Main house is 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath. The LEFT guest cottage is 1 bedroom and 1 bath will a full kitchen and living room with a sofa sleeper. The RIGHT guest cottage is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath with a fridge and kitchenette. The MASSIVE GAMEROOM has a Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Foosball, Darts, Poker Table, Bar, TV, and Fridge.
The house is very private and has direct lake access. We offer 24 hour checkin via key code and 24 hour customer service.
We have staff available for issues that arise during your stay.
This is the largest lot in the area that was originally multiple lots that eventually were bought up and turned into one large compound. Private area with multi million dollar homes all around us. The area is very safe and secure.
House Rules
Check-In Time: 4 p.m. Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.
The following are CITY Laws for short-term rentals and MUST be followed. Please respect all laws so we can ensure you have a great stay!
1. Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. on weekdays, and 11 p.m. until 8 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum occupancy should not be exceeded.
-Maximum Occupancy: 12
3. Primary renter must be present during the entire stay.
4. Six cars MAX on the property. Short-term rentals do not allow for parking on the street or anywhere except our driveway.
No Pets are allowed anywhere on the property.
No smoking of any kind inside our home.
Immediate eviction and an additional fee will be applied for violation.

Summary: This is our second time to stay in this home. We loved it so much that we wanted to come back. It is a great spot for large families to gather with a beautiful pool area to stay cool. There were a couple things that came up during our stay but they were responsive and it didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay.

Summary: This property was absolutely amazing! The perfect amount of space for the 12 of us. The view was breathtaking! The managers were in constant communication with us the entire time. We had a work retreat and it was the perfect space and plenty of entertainment. Loves the game room!

Summary: We had a family get together. It was too cold to enjoy the outside areas. The various houses are great and allowed separate areas for all. Would love to come back when we can take advantage of the lake too

Summary: The set up with a main house and 2 cottages worked very well for our two generation family get-together. The families with the 2 infants stayed in the cottages and didn't have to worry about their infants waking others up. The older grandchildren were in the main house with us. It was an extremely hot weekend, so the pool was very nice but it was otherwise too hot to enjoy outdoor time. It was also too hot to be able to enjoy the game room. If that space could be air conditioned, it would be wonderful. The kitchen in the main house was reasonably well stocked. We did have a problem with the kitchen sink and the AC in the right cottage, but the property manager was very responsive and it was fixed immediately. All in all, a great family time for everyone.

Summary: Spent the last week here with our entire family. House had everything we needed as well as the cottages. Most of our time was spent on the back porch with the pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, bbq, and the lake. Was a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.
