2 Bedroom Condo in Bokeelia

This recently updated condo has two levels in the I Building (Unit I 49). Lower level is half bath, kitchen, dining area, living room, lanai with views of Jug Creek with our own private boat slip with a lift located directly in front of the condo. The upper level has a master bedroom with a private bath and a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a private bath and a queen bed. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked with kitchenware. You have your own private parking space under the building along with a storage closet plus there are 3 visitor parking spots (first come first serve). Pine Island offers some of the best fishing in Florida. It is also well known for its rural character with lots of nurseries and mango groves. There are beautiful beaches for swimming a shelling on the outer island of Cayo Costa State Park accessible by boat or ferry only. There are numerous restaurants on Pine Island with two very close (Lazy Flamingo and Captain Cons) and many more in Matlacha. Kayak rentals are available on the island. Our complex also has it's own 400 foot private fishing pier. There is a full service marina also located in our complex selling bait, tackle, ice and gas.

Summary: Very nice. Suggest a cooler and directions for operating the tv. Also there was only 1 parking pass and 2 were to be available. I don’t want to be changed $50 for the missing 1

Summary: This was my second stay at one of this owner’s properties in as many months. Everything was perfect. The condo, view and grounds are beautiful and the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with. The area is recovering nicely after the hurricane. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent much of our time biking in the surrounding neighborhoods and meeting so many friendly people. The two restaurants in the immediate area are walkable which is perfect if you like to enjoy drinks with lunch or dinner.

Summary: Clean and well maintained condo. Quite location. Condo was well supplied with everything you need when away from home. The dryer didn’t work, but we managed without it.

Summary: The condo was perfect! The owner has two condos, and one had some damage from the hurricane so he was able to switch his to the other. It was a good location a beautiful view and nice amenities. We felt lucky to be able to have our family reunion over Thanksgiving. The layout was great and very comfortable.

Summary: Beautiful inside and out; however, a little musty smell upon entering due to recent hurricane. Also a little dusty in second floor bedroom where there was ongoing construction and sheetrock was removed from the wall creating sheetrock dust. Screened in porch had panel missing (probably due to hurricane), but that negated the use of the screened in porch because bugs came out after only a short time of being out there.

Summary: Could not have had a better stay or host. The unit was perfect. Clean, fresh, new appliances and electronics. Location is amazing. Host is amazing and attentive. Checked in when weather was a concern and responded quickly to any questions we had. Only complaint is someone else knows about this place and booked it before we could make our stay even longer. We will be back. Amazing place

Summary: Although everything on Pine Island was far from normal during my visit, the property owner promptly answered and addressed any questions/needs before and during my stay. The unit is very nice with views and the grounds are normally lush and beautiful. Once things green back up, it will be amazing again. I will be returning for another stay at this property in a couple months and cannot say enough good things about my experience with this owner during such a chaotic time on island.
