Summary: This was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Ouray and Telluride. The location was perfect and made our afternoon visits to the hot springs easy. It's close to everything in Ouray and the view and riverfront location can't be beat. We enjoyed sitting on the porch so much that we ordered take out our last night so we could soak up the view one last time. We will definitely book again the next time we are in the area!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this location. Perfect to walk to dinner, the hot springs and the San Juan Scenic Jeep Tours (ask for driver Keith) which was perfect. The townhome had everything we needed (two couples). The place was spacious, comfortable, and loved the music of the water outside. The half bath was on the middle level and the full bath in the hall upstairs made it easy to share the space. I would definitely recommend this location and choose to stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful experience.

Summary: We loved our stay here on the river! It is conveniently located close to town, and the river, hiking trails and the hot springs are just steps away. We didn't walk into town, but you could if you wanted. Beautiful scenery out of every window and my favorite part was opening the windows and letting the river put me to sleep every night. The main selling point was the balcony overlooking the river, I was looking forward to drinking coffee out there but it unfortunately rained whenever I went out. It was unseasonably rainy during our trip. The last night I was bound and determined to sit out there and was blown away by the stars. So beautiful and the balcony chairs were comfortable for stargazing. Don't miss out on this as I almost did! The kitchen was well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. Loved the butcher board counters. The beds and the couches were very comfortable. We were happy to have the a/c, but didn't use it much. We enjoyed our time here tremendously and made many memories!
