ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
We strive to provide 5 beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella and try to replenish the supply when needed. We cannot guarantee the type and amount of beach equipment that will be there when you arrive as these items get broken, misplaced, left in rental cars or loaned to other visitors. While I cannot absolutely guarantee it, an adequate supply is usually available. I recommend you check before renting equipment.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Please note our firm cancellation policy. We strongly recommend trip insurance. Please, don't be that person who wishes they had bought insurance. There are many options for travel insurance and you need to read the finer details carefully. It is also available here through VRBO.
Maximum occupancy is 5 and is monitored, Sofa sleeping not allowed. An exception can be made for toddlers and infants in portable cribs.
Notes: The building does not have an elevator.

Summary: My husband and I booked this almost a year ago and from the very start Deb was the best person to work with. Summary: This was a beautiful property. It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony faced the ocean with the most amazing view and the sunsets were breathtaking. The AC units worked great and the kitchen was stocked. We were pleasantly surprised with the beach chairs, boogie boards and towels to use. Definitely recommend this place.

Summary: "WOW" was my first impression upon walking into this condo. As pictured, very well taken care of, perfect location, spotless, inviting, comfortable bed. Wonderful views from the lanai. What else can I say. I can go on and on. Deborah was amazing in getting back to me on my questions. She gave me great recommendations on where to eat and what to do while there. Highly recomend this condo. We will definitely come back.

Summary: This condo is truly paradise in Hawaii. The condo has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for our family. The one thing we enjoy while on vacation is waking up and having our coffee on the lanai and this was the best we have experienced with great views of the ocean and mountains. We often ended our days eating dinner on the lanai watching amazing sunsets. It was very convenient to have beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler to bring to the beach. It was a very clean and updated condo. Deborah was wonderful to work with and was in touch throughout the whole process and answered all our questions. She really cares that you have a great vacation. The location was very convenient to explore the island and nice that it was a short walk to the beach. We can't wait to return!

Summary: 3rd story condo with a two sided balcony view. No one on the right side of you. Very quiet at night. Extremely clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Washer, Dryer and full kitchen. Deb even supplied the coffee! Coming back to this property every day was very relaxing and felt like home. Highly recommend this rental. Can't go wrong.
