Completely renovated (May 2014) 4B/2B private beach cottage. Fully furnished with CENTRAL HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING. Centrally located just steps away from the action and fun on 'the strip' to steps from the private beach for sunbathing and swimming. All this in a peaceful, quiet, private neighborhood!
Fully stocked kitchen (dishes, glasses, pots & pans, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, towels & dishcloths). 4 private bedrooms for 8 people, complete with bed linens & pillows - #1- Full Size, #2 - Queen Size, #3 - 2 Twin Beds, #4 - 1 Twin w/Trundle Bed. (LIMITED OCCUPANCY TO 8 GUESTS)
Two Bathrooms; Upstairs has a tub. Downstairs has a shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, hand and face cloths and tissue paper, bath & hand soaps. Gas Grill and picnic table in the backyard.

Summary: On vrbo it said there were two queen and two full beds upstairs but there was only one bed in each room and 2 twin beds upstairs. Trundle bed downstairs. We all wanted our own bed so that is one reason why we choose this cottage. Two had to sleep on the couch and love seat. So that was awful!

Summary: House was very clean and our host had excellent communication so arriving and checking out was super easy. Perfect location for visiting the strip. Definitely will book again!

Summary: Cottage was nice. Nothing fancy but clean and good price. The town of GOTL is quite the place. Big biker culture. So lots of dive bars, arcades and live music venues. But plenty to do for kids and unique shopping. Enjoyed our time in this eccentric town, but when this listing says it’s in the heart of the strip, they MEAN it. It is steps from the heart of the strip. So if you want peace and quiet, this is not the place. But we enjoyed the vibe and had fun. Beach was decent but small. Overall would recommend if you like to go out and party and walk home.

Summary: Karen was so easy to communicate with during our stay. Our power went out and she was kind enough to check with the electric company and gave us an estimated time. The location of the home was perfect. Other driving to a few wineries we never moved our cars. We would definitely stay here again!
