This home resides on the much-favored North Cape San Blas. The unobstructed gulf front vistas and large, private built-in pool and patio make "Fishlips" the perfect family beach retreat. There are very few gulf front homes with private pools in the area. The pool on this home is exceptional. You will not find another like it. The pool area has multiple chaise lounge chairs and an eating area that seats 6. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. You will also find a full complement of beach toys and games, kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas available for use. This home checks all the boxes and much, much more!
The living level of the house has a spacious living room, dining area with table that seats 8, with an additional 4 seats at a kitchen peninsula. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities; side by side refrigerator, two dishwashers, a beverage fridge, a professional ice maker and more (an additional side by side refrigerator is located on the entry level). The deck on this level has a screened in dining area that seats 8 and an open-air conversation sitting area that provides a venue for relaxing and taking in the exceptional view. There is a king guest suite on this level that has a jetted tub/shower combo.
The third level has the master king suite with a double vanity, jetted tub and walk in shower. A second king guest suite has a tub/shower combo. Both of these suites have direct access to the gulf facing deck. This deck will have two double chaise lounges for relaxing and enjoying the view. Also on this level is bunk room suite which has two twin bunk beds (4 twins total) and a large walk-in shower.

Cape San Blas is a beautiful, “Old Florida” style area which suits our family perfectly! Upon arrival, the automated check-in process worked like a charm. We were greeted by fresh flowers and a personal note. Our rental, Fishlips, was super clean and a great set up for our family with one single adult, six married adults, and a toddler. The fun decor adds so much as we enjoyed meals on the screened porch watching the magnificent sunsets. With a room filled with everything one could ever need (adult and kids) for beach or pool, the days were filled with swimming, walking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and playing on the beach all day only to end with a relaxing swim in the beachside pool. Convenient to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. All descriptions of the house, amenities and the area given by Be Our Guest were spot on. We will definitely be returning and would happily recommend to family and friends. (Those with physical limitations might find the private beach access difficult at times, depending on what the layout of the beach is on any given day.) Perfect stay for fun family memories!!

When you walk in you get a sense of calm and a feeling of great cheer surrounded by great decor and spacious living. The amenities in this home are remarkable-they have thought of all your needs. There are numerous board games, pet toys, books, kitchen supplies, a TV in each bedroom and bathroom amenities you need. The outdoor space is like none other with the best pool area and outdoor dining. The management company was outstanding and so prompt with any question or solving any problems. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for a family or group of friends. It is a piece of heaven!

From the great location to all the little extras like being stocked with beach towels, shampoo, and soap at the sinks! Plenty of detergent for washers, too. The pool is beautiful and the loaded beach gear closet did not disappoint! Thanks for the bear gear credit as well so we could also get bikes and a few more regular beach chairs. Most of the chairs in the closet were more like camping chairs but still loved having plenty! Would stay here again!!

An addition of an elevator in the future would be a great touch

With easy beach access and a super large pool, our family enjoyed the water all week. The home is stocked with your needs for the week including gas grill for relaxing family dinners at home, TWO dishwashers, and ice maker, adorable beach dishes, and even beach towels. Picture perfect sunsets every evening, nothing compares to this view! This is our favorite home by far!

Reviewer Comments: We just completed our 2nd stay at FishLips in 2 years and we love this place: right on the beach, well stocked kitchen with appliances/utensils for cooking, details to make our stay more comfortable with beach towels, games/puzzles, numerous beach accessories (chairs, games, paddle board and kayak), and the pool!! We also like this place because Be Our Guest rental is super. They are readily available to answer any questions and respond to our needs.

Summary: The location is fantastic, very quiet and laid back. The pool was so nice that the kids didn’t want to swim in the ocean! There was ample beach gear and pool toys. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and spotting a group of manta rays. The second dishwasher, ice maker and beverage fridge made this our favorite house on the cape!

Summary: Perfect home for our extended family vacation. The house was great and stocked with everything you would need! The pool was clean and well maintained. We did pay the extra fee for heating the pool (in March), and it was well worth it since it was a little cool and windy during our stay! We had a wonderful stay and will be back next year!
