Summary: Overall, good experience. We came for an IU football game. So the location was close. Needed a roof and a bed, and it provided that. Obviously, if you expect the amenities of a regular hotel, you won't get those. We needed to ask for soap twice since when we arrived there was no soap to wash our hands, and when they cleaned the room the second day, they forgot it again. But those little things were minor. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Met the expectations of a motel.

Summary: The facility was undergoing a complete remodeling and when I got there, the roof was being replaced. Inside the rooms, it had recently been repainted and all the fixtures replaced with new ones. So, it was still quite busy while I had my stay, but the staff was willing to provide help when needed. Note that the location was at a very busy location with lots of traffic. Interestingly, it was quieter during the night than I thought it might be. There was a pancake house next door, within a couple hundred feet, that you could walk to.

Summary: The owner is very kind and accommodating. The rooms are newly renovated and the bed is very comfy. Easily walkable to IU Memorial Stadium and close to downtown. Very nice stay and great experience.
