Summary: Check in as terrible! The lady at the front desk did not know what was going on and charged my card and had an attitude for me asking why was she charging my card when I booked through hotels.com. She just kept saying she does not know what the charge is. Finally a manger was called and he was polite and said he did not know why she charged my card. Refund was given but the overall experience was terrible. She was not very nice or friendly when being greeted. No customer service at all.

Summary: The desk chair was not usable, I was afraid I would fall backwards out of the chair. The tv, on some channels, kept pixelating, couldn’t watch those channels. The staff was courteous.

Summary: Check-in was fast and easy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. After about an hour in the room, we woke up to baby ROACHES crawling EVERYWHERE!! We went down to the front desk to inform them about the problem and they immediately gave us another room. The "new" room was more clean and comfortable.
