Positive: The breakfast was what you would expect at a hotel-no more no less. Did have an indoor/outdoor pool which was very nice. STAFF WAS HELPFUL and POLITE at all times. Hotel is very close to Walmart, Dollar Tree, McDonalds, and a KWIK Trip.
Negative: The "fitness room" consisted of one treadmill and one bike which was also being used (at time of our visit) as storage area. Room felt very cramped-did not use, went to local park and got some exercise in there. In the bathroom, very cramped; the door could not open all of the way because it would hit the toilet. The shower head was not tiltable or moveable left to right, nor could we adjust the flow of the stream. What you got when you turned on the shower, was how it was going to be. It MAY have been adjustable, but if so, SHOULD NOT have been so hard as I stopped trying in fear it would break. Personally, the bed and pillows were NOT what I would have chosen, woke up with sore back every morning but I prefer a FIRM bed and this was definitely not that. Also, NO ELEVATOR at facility. MY FAULT for not asking ahead of reserving room, wife had previously broken leg, hard to do stairs, NOT IMPOSSIBLE, so we managed. 3 nights $569 - will not stay again. We did know price well ahead of time. Live and Learn they say.

Positive: This hotel is one of the nicest my husband and I have ever been to. The room was clean, big, and so nice. The lobby area was big and clean. The 2 pools were great. And the hot tub was one of the nicest we have been in, in a long time. The staff was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
