Summary: Nice hotel, good breakfast. Great location. The rooms are nice with ok beds, however we had a problem with the smell of marijuana leaking in to our room from the hallway one night. We told the receptionist who said they would take care of it - don”t know how?

Summary: The hotel is older, but has updates (especially the bathroom fixtures). We had a problem with our sink draining and they fixed it quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. Great bds. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast had a full offering, even made to order omelets. We would recommend this property. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

Summary: This hotel should not be ranked as wonderful. It is outdated and barely passes being considered clean. Honestly it reminded me of a Vegas casino hotel on a budget. Would consider our visit a C+.

Summary: Our family trip of four adults included my Mom who is 93 years young and uses a walker, as well as a wheelchair. We had a six night stay in the handicap accessible suite which I highly recommend. The bathroom was large enough for her wheelchair and included a shower chair which Mom was grateful for. The room was clean and well decorated The staff were so nice.

Summary: The decor was very Nashville like and went well with being in Nashville. The breakfast was great and they had a build your own omelet station where somebody would make it for you. Convenience was wi derful despite paying $20/ night to park in their parking lot

Summary: Hotel is located outwith the downtown area within 30 mins walking distance. Located near the gulch area which also has good amenities with a much more chilled vibe. Good facilities located around the hotel including the massage chairs. One woman at breakfast was very blunt which wasn’t a great way to start a morning. Overall we had a good stay and the staff were very welcoming at the desk. Hotels.com sent a message the day before about a VIP package. If the VIP package was 2 bottles of water and some pretzels then even their own AI bot says that’s not a good VIP package.

Summary: Room looks great (we had Elvis on our walls). Hotel’s water heater needs a significant upgrade. In 3 days the best I could get is almost lukewarm (even after running the water way too long- is that eco). All the folks were great- thank you all.
