Summary: Receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Went out of her way to see to our safety and comfort going so far as to go out and spread salt around our vehicle so we didn't slip and fall when we checked out. I appreciate people who go above and beyond .

Summary: I tried to call ahead & it took me 7 tries to get someone to answer the phone. Then when i get there, i try to call the front desk with no answer. Then they call me & inform me that i have to pay an additional $25 per person to add 2 people to a 4 person room, tho i oringinally ordered the 2 queen bed room for 3 people & paid way too much for what should really be a motel.... so we will NOT be staying at this hotel again! Totally ridiculous & they try to blame Expedia for the price hike!! Not only was the room too bright from the hallway & outdoor lights when we turned out the room lights to sleep, the sink wouldn't drain & the beds were horribly uncomfortable. Definitely will be staying somewhere else next time we're in this area.
