Summary: Our stay was ok. We felt the carpet was damp and smelled. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. In the 7 days we were there, they only cleaned our room once and we had to ask for add't towels a couple of times.

Summary: The most frustrating thing about this stay was that staff did not acknowledge the privacy please sign on our door. When we stay at hotels we do not need housekeeping and most hotels honor the privacy sign and have a policy. We came back to our room and the sign was on the floor in front of our door. We went in and the beds were made, trash gone and wet towels gone but no replacements and no toilet paper and they left their cleaning container just outside the area near our door? Very suspicious behavior. When addressed with the front desk they made excuses, no apologies no nothing and when we asked to speak to the manager he was always unavailable. I would not recommend staying here. Especially if you have a young family. Not safe. This Best Western was very disappointing.

Summary: Very nice hotel close to main road and convenient eating and shopping. Large room, cold AC and kitchen area for those who wish to cook/eat in room. Some dishes, glasses and pots were included but silverware was absent except for a couple random pieces. Setup of hotel is different than usual, with groups of four rooms in detached two story buildings. Lobby/breakfast area is not connected to rooms under covered roof, which was a little inconvenient on a rainy day.

Summary: Hubby and I make a trip out for an anniversary weekend getaway. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel employees were friendly and breakfast was fully stocked every morning. The only thing I found odd was that there was only one chair in our kitchen sitting area for the two of us to use.

Summary: I enjoyed my time at the hotel. The location is nice and the rooms were overall clean. The only thing was that if we took a long shower we would run out of hot water. Also you could smell the strong smell of the cooking at the rooms. They need better vents of better room policies since I didn’t see any air extractor in the kitchen. Our room smelled like someone fried an entire meal and we had to get candles to tame the smell. The front desk people were very friendly and the staff too. The breakfast is simple but good. Everything is organized and looks good at this property. It was a pleasant experience.

Summary: Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious each day, the rooms were more than we even expected. We were comfortable and had enough space for our family, anything we needed was available by asking the front desk. Having the amenities like at home helped us save a lot of eating out. Will definitely will stay here again when we come to NY again.
