Summary: The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. But the facility seemed old. Bath tub faucet was broken. In such cold weather, the bed did not have a blanket and you have to ask for it. Around midnight some machine’s alarm went off in the next supply room, so noisy.

Summary: The room I was placed in was dirty as it hadn't been vacuumed, dusty and the tub was filthy full of hair and other gross things. I asked to move and I was moved and then I found out upon checkout that I was up charged because they moved me to a bigger room. Still waiting for the manager to process my requested difference as it wasn't my fault I had to be moved. Good water pressure, hard bed, hard to regulate the temperature because it was either too hot or too cold by 1°. The 2nd room I was placed in hadn't been vacuumed either, and neither was my colleagues room, which was also dirty. They only have one housekeeper from what I was told, and they didn't show up yesterday so I couldn't get a box of Kleenex for my entire stay. Front desk did not have access. The guy at the desk was polite.

Summary: Staff were responsive and allowed a late checkout which was much appreciated. It was overall quiet in the room and hallways. However, room had an odor and did not appear thoroughly cleaned aside from the beds. Bathtub had large spackle or paint stains on bottom. We bought disinfectant wipes to clean commonly touched areas.

Summary: had to change rooms due to the refrigerator not working in first room...but due to the immediate staff on duty room change was helped.. morning breakfast was very good and staff was top notch.
