Summary: I paid extra for a room with a jetted tub due to sciatica. The water temp was lukewarm at best and zero water pressure filling up the tub. It took 20 mins to get the water level above the jets

Summary: Nice room, clean room, nice amenities (microwave, frig, hairdryer). Perfect for a quick overnight trip. Pool would of been nice but didn't have time.

Summary: Not as clean as it should have been. The chair was stained and kinda gross. The parking lot lights shined directly into the window and no matter what I tried could not adequately block the light.

Summary: Front desk/staff was very helpful. Had the presidential suite for 4 nights. The room was decent, but the jacuzzi tub did not work properly. Also had to request multiple extra blankets, because the ones on the beds were paper thin. Pillows were terrible. Overall not a bad stay, just cost a LOT of money for what we had.

Summary: I felt they could have come in and made the beds for our 2nd night . Left fresh towels. Our dog was with us as we were visiting family. Very disappointed to come back to unmade beds & no fresh towels
