Summary: Perfect stay - clean, convenient hotel with a STUNNING pool, surrounded by a flower garden and with views of the Pyrenees. I loved the easy parking, the quick walk into Prades for dinners, the ease of getting to Eus and Villefranche in under 10 minutes, the coffee maker and mini fridge in the room, the AC, and the FANTASTIC breakfast spread with eggs, bacon, fruits, cakes, pain au chocolat and everything else. Also the sweet little cat roaming around was adorable!

Summary: Nobody in the hotel because out of season. We were very well looked after and very much enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend

Summary: Super hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in lovely grounds with a pool. The room had a balcony and working air conditioning. There is no EV charging on site but there's a McDonalds a very short distance away with rapid chargers. Really glad we found this hotel, it was an enjoyable stay.

Summary: The staff we interacted with was amazing. We mainly interacted with the evening staff and she was helpful and spoke great English. Also, we did room service 1 night and the recommendation of the lamb was so tender it fell off the bones. Great!!!! The only small issue is the EV charging was not hooked up properly so we had to use an extension cord versus the charger noted as being onsite.

Summary: Hotel good. Staff friendly. Disappointedly that after a long drive we were looking forward to a nice meal in the restaurant, but it was closed, and we had to drive to find somewhere to eat.

Summary: Drove from Barcelona to Andorra then to France. Found this hotel by the neon lighting and stopped. Service was great. Wine was excellent. Breakfast was incredible-cheesecake:)

Summary: Super clean facility. Five star customer service. Comfortable bed... clean room. I love the pool and patio. Breakfast and dinner was amazing!

Summary: Property is being remodeled. The new rooms are super nice. The beds are comfortable. Great big shower. Nice balcony. Only problem was water was just warm. Couldn't take a hot shower. There was also some confusion about which room to check us into that was both remodeled and cleaned, so check in took too long. Expedia said breakfast was included, but it was not. That was an extra charge. The hotel is in a convenient location in the largest city in the area, Prades. So plenty of local amenities. McDonald's is directly across the roundabout from hotel for a cheap breakfast. I would stay here again.
