Summary: The hotel was OK. The fire extinguisher on my floor was broken with shattered glass. There was also hair in my tub upon arrival.

Summary: Interactions with the front desk, room service and the breakfast staff was beyond excellent. They went out of their way to offer help and was extremely pleasant to interact with. Thank you for everything.

Summary: We stay here a lot. Always clean, always friendly. My biggest pet peeve is that housekeeping knocks on doors at 9am the day of departure, regardless of the privacy sign on the door handle. Checkout isn’t until 11, but the knock always wakes us up and then we feel rushed even though we technically have 2 hours to get out.
