Positive: We arrived around 11 p.m. tired and disoriented from a long international flight ordeal. Brenda quickly made us feel at home. The hotel elevator was broken and she problem solved us switching rooms with one we had booked for our friend picking us up from the airport. His room was large and on the first floor and we had lots of luggage. The morning hotel clerk was very nice and accommodating with special requests. The breakfast was full, hot, and of excellent quality. There was even a yogurt machine and toppings!

Negative: I did not like in room 204, that they were in a bug infestation. I found multiple roaches and tini bugs.
