Summary: This facility is definitely a step above other Best Westerns I've stayed at. I had a situation at my apartment, leak upstairs that came into my bathroom. It was nice to not have to deal with issues at this hotel after dealing with them at home. The breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and the room / bathroom were well kept and clean.

Summary: Have been here a number of times for family times. However, many things at the hotel do not work properly. the elevator works but is creaky and groans, several guests commented on it while riding in it. Our room toilet rocked on its base, same for my brother's room. We had maintenance man come to correct ours. He said there was nothing he could do. Wrong- toilets are supposed to be firmly mounted to the floor. The pop machine in the lobby didn't work, the printer in the business center didn't work, the oatmeal machine in the breakfast area didn't work. The breakfast selection was very slim, probably just enough to pass the Best Western inspection. The key cards didn't reliably open the entrance to the parking area. Bathrooms in the lobby area work locked shut so you had to go to your room for the bathroom. The last time we were here all of these items were not an issue. Next time we come to town we will book elsewhere.

Summary: Room needed a better cleaning Toilet was used and not flushed😖. Floor needed a better vacuuming. Lots of stray hairs in bathroom

Summary: Big sign in the parking lot seems to indicate cars are not safe when parked in the lot. Torn carpet in the room. Lacking towels in the room. Electrical outlet falling out of the wall near bed table. Funky smell in the room. Weak snd unreliable wifi.

Summary: Our tv remote wouldn’t work, our telephone didn’t work, there was mold in the bathroom and the floor mat by the shower was all ripped up with holes in it. Throughout the night I was hearing alarms, ringing and we were the last room on the hallway so I didn’t get much sleep

Summary: I found the property overall to be clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed to have to search form floor to floor to find an ice machine that worked. West & Main restaurant a block away was very good. The Underground Lounge downstairs was lots of fun. I was not impressed with the breakfast. The fruit should have been tossed days ago.
