Summary: Excessive noise from heating unit and in room fridge

Summary: Scary location with a lot of crime. Outdated hotel that smells. I had to switch rooms because the toilet would not flush. Window AC units barely worked and small hard bed. Elevator would scare you and the so called breakfast you could not eat. Foreign owned and this is the same in most foreign owned hotels. They don’t keep it up and they all use the cleaning solution that stinks.

Summary: Not very welcoming upon arrival. Just took info and gave to card … no explanation of area, wifi, breakfast, fitness room, etc. Light switch kit is for room didn’t work. Bathroom sink backed up. Toilet paper holder broke. Holes in bath towels. TV remote didn’t work and when I used the TV buttons, there was one working channel. No channel guide. The MOST annoying, however, was the dumpster emptied right outside my room/window at 4:46am. I could not get back to sleep. Not a restful stay at all. When I left, nothing from person at front desk. Will not stay here again.
