Summary: Great stay. Staff was very friendly. They let me check in early with no additional fee which is rare. Room was spacious and came with microwave/large fridge. Everything was really clean. Shower was amazing! I think it was a handicap room but honestly prefer shower vs tub combo. Indoor pool was nice and spacious! Breakfast was delicious and with a great variety. I would stay again.

Summary: This is our favorite Hotel to stay in the Bay Area. Always clean, and user-friendly. The staff is the best, most professional, always courteous, and forever helpful to all our needs.

Summary: This hotel is only 3 minutes from the Oakland Airport and the rental car return and was very cheap in price compared with other hotels in the area. It is very convenient. The staff person was very helpful, check in went flawlessly and well as the check out. Staff helped me with requests and also with directions and advice. The room was spacious, modern and clean, bathroom was very nice, shower was very spa like and ample hot water. Room was well AC and warm, and quiet. Staff offered a shuttle to the airport or to rental car return (pay Uber for you) if I liked. They had a typical breakfast lay out to choose from with a good selection of food, as well as a coffee making machine that made espresso drinks. The hotel was an oasis in the middle of the bad neighborhood that surround the Oakland airport. I highly recommend this establishment to stay at when flying out of Oakland airport. I felt safe, comfortable and well cared for at the hotel.

Summary: It was fine. Standard no frills. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot water was hot. Water pressure is good. Front desk warned me that there are a lot of car break-ins. I always appreciate a heads up. Luckily nothing happened to any cars during my stay.

Summary: The Breakfast is one of the best for quick breakfast but need to know everyone don't do pork also the mattress need flipping or replacement fill like you sliding down to the headboard
