Summary: Upon my arrival there was no one in the lobby to greet me. There was a sign stating be back assisting other guest. Finally when checking into my room the bath tub had some type of discoloration to it and felt gritty. Then to add to there was hot water didnt work in the bath tub but the sink was hot. Contacted the frojt desk after getting the run around then finally was able to switch room. 7am the next morning was awaken to loud banging to find out that the room was being repaired with no notice or anything.

Summary: Not a bad hotel but definitely pricey for what it was. We got a chuckle when we first walked in and seen them proudly displaying their 8.0 hotels.com rating. Rooms weren’t filthy by any means but we’re not spotless either. The pool area could use a renovation. The dry sauna room was nice. Breakfast was suitable enough. Not a bad place but not an over the top great place. A solid 8.0

Summary: Our stay was nice. Pros: friendly front desk, easy check in and out, comfortable bed, lots of bathroom counter space. Lastly, the gym was amazing! Cons: the tub in our room needs to be refinished so it looked a bit dirty, the bathroom does not have a fan, and the hotel definitely seemed a bit aged.

Summary: We chose that hotel bc of the pool. When we got there the pool was closed due to maintenance. If we knew ahead of time would had went some where else. Also the fridge didnt work. Lost our gallon of milk. Definitely would not be coming back to that location

Summary: The pool and sauna was closed . Also the hot tub. No ice on the 3rd floor, 2nd floor machine was broken. I was on the 3rd floor. Clean room .. great bed very comfortable

Summary: We checked in the night before our so. Graduated from Purdue. We chose Monticello because it was about 1/2 the price as the Lafayette hotels for graduation. It was a 35 minute drive to the school through rural country roads. A peaceful commute. Upon checking in Gina who was working the front desk realized I had booked the wrong room for our family and she worked her magic and got us into a more appropriate room. The gym was open which my kids said was more than adequate for a hotel, The basketball and volleyball courts were under construction as was the swimming pool so that was a little disappointing, but I don't think we would've had time for them anyways. Gina recommended Sportman's Inn to have a nice waterfront dinner and although the food and service was okay the setting and atmosphere on the patio overlooking the lake made up for it. The staff we met were friendly and helpful! We don't usually stay at Best Westerns as we are a pretty bougie family but I'd definitely stay here again. The hotel smelled fresh and clean and the room reflected that. Beds were better than so many we've stayed in. Towels probably need replacing but they were clean and smelled fresh not stale which is the case in so many rural hotels. Overall we were more than pleased and surprised! We left happy travelers. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we didn't eat it.
