Positive: Location was perfect, staff were extremely helpful, thank you Ronda and Bob too. Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the usage of the gym and pool. Staff were courteous and friendly. Beds comfy, just perfect overall.

Positive: Great location to our family, shopping and restaurants. Nice double bed rooms. Hot shower with great water pressure. Great service from hospitality when we needed something. The pool was clean and very big. Breakfast was delicious and abundant.
Negative: The air conditioning in one of our rooms did not adjust temperature properly . It was a hot trip and the air in the whole building didn't seem to keep up in hallway areas. All 3 rooms, key cards were constantly not working and a lot of time was spent getting them reset. I have never had this problem before.

Negative: the distance i had to walk to my room only to find I couldn't get in due to stuck door.

Negative: As with many hotels, too much attention to aesthetic features and not enough to functional aspects. Travelers need surface areas, hangers, and towel racks rather than an over-abundance of pillows that take up space when not in use.

Positive: It was easy to make a reservation, the room was nice and clean, and the staff, particularly Bob Moyer, the breakfast waiter, was exceptional...friendly, funny, and kind.
Negative: Not sure anything can be done, but the air conditioning unit was loud. Thankfully it was cool enough to not run it all night.
