Summary: Our room was ideal, close to parking, close to breakfast room and close to pool. I will request this room next stay. Also, minutes from the Saddledome!

Summary: A 6 night stay is long for anyone on business, but the location of this hotel was great for a conference in stampede park. Quick to uber into the city, although I wish there were more walkable food options nearby that felt safe. Very spacious room was cleaned as needed. The overall hotel could be updated, but wa great for what I needed.

Summary: Room was really nice. Spacious and comfy. Pool and hot tub were great! I enjoyed that very much. Lots of options for breakfast including waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, eggs, sausages, juice, coffee, fruit. So nice to have that available in the morning. The area isn't the best and it's a bit of a walk to the C-train but overall very pleasant stay.

Summary: Front desk Philippino woman wasn’t friendly upon check in, however, later during the stay she warmed up to us. Not sure what she was thinking but showing unfriendly unkind attitude on her face isn’t the best way to make guests feel welcomed at the hotel. Hope this review will help her in her job as part of the front desk group, welcoming guests during check-ins.

Summary: The hotel is in a good location for downtown and Chinook Mall. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We saw no staff and no one actually explained what had happened. The breakfast was average and the room was unbearably hot. Not likely to stay here again as there are better and cheaper options out there.

Summary: Stay was good. Rooms are dark, there was only one USB charging port. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and staff kept up with demand and they were friendly. The breakfast room area was stifling HOT everyone sitting there was complaining how hot it was in there.

Summary: Spent the weekend with my grandkids there! Check in was awesome! The desk person gave us menus for restaurants that delivered to the hotel which is fantastic because we are from rural Saskatchewan and don’t do skip the dishes! The kids loved the pool and spent a ton of time in it!
