Summary: Only one elevator working and rooms had a slightly musty smell.

Summary: We were without power a couple times, the 2nd being 6+ hours. Suggest investing in an emergency generator. I can't imagine the 5th floor guests or any elderly person having to use the stairs on a hot, humid day. When the power did come back on Saturday afternoon and we returned to the hotel wanting to check the Deacon's Tavern pub for dinner & a drink, but it was closed when the hours listed show it being open until midnight. I think there was a college team staying Friday night as it was rather noisy outside and inside with doors being banged on after midnight on our floor.

Summary: Everything seemed to be great for the 1st 5 days. Strangely, on the 5th day at about 10am, our door flew open and a man walked into the room, I suppose he realized his error as when seeing us, he turned around without a word, shut the door and left. Only one elevator worked and day 3, the 2nd elevator broke and everyone had to use the stairs.Unfortunately at 2am I was awaken to total darkness, no electric, by 10 am, we had heard from no hotel employee and decided with room temperature reaching near 90 degrees to checkout early and leave. Oddly, places in both directions had electric. We felt, an employee should have gone room to room to appraise customers of the situation.

Summary: Sink was completely blocked/unusable asked for a credit or discount and was told there was nothing they could do.

Summary: It was a fast over night. Smooth check in, clean. Comfy beds. Restaurant is not open on Sunday or Monday but plenty around within walking distance. Breakfast was ok, satisfying.

Summary: We traveled to visit Family. The Hotel was convenient and most importantly, clean. The bedding was comfortable. The HVAC system noise was reasonable and allowed a person to fall asleep. The furniture was clean and well kept. The maintenance of the hotel reflected respect for their customers.

Summary: They had only one luggage cart and someone had it in their room, so with our mobility needs we had to get someone to assist us to check in and out. The bed was too tall for my wife who needs a walker.
