Summary: I personally loved the style, and look of this hotel. I do believe it’s absolutely ridiculous for 50 dollars a night for a deposit is ridiculous. Not once was this listed anywhere,I understand 50-100 but not a 150 for a three night stay. I also went in to check in early to do all paper work as we arrived to Coburg early. I personally did not like the way Sam spoke not very friendly or a people person. Her attitude changed when the man left (manger) was worse. However the male when we checked in to get keys were amazing!!! The took time out of there day to acknowledge my children. A few things I did not like was with small children we were so far away from the pool, and on Friday night out of a three day stay it was very loud at night. Also what is the point in asking for license plates if people from the hotel can’t find parking. On Friday we could not find parking we had to keep circling. My family absolutely loved the pool, the rooms were great. Our toilet stoped working the second day and it was fixed right away.

Summary: I went for a mini trip with my daughter and she loved the pool. It was very clean, water was warm. The room was good and the bed was comfy. The pub was great. The check-in is at 4pm here and we arrived early...asked just in case if the room was done which it wasn't so we went to the pub. Thought it would be done around 3:30 and it still wasn't ready so we waited. Other than that the hotel was great. We enjoyed the beach that day and then stayed there to relax and unwind. It's worth it!

Summary: This was a very relaxing and comfortable staying by the hotel. The staff team including receptionist , housekeepers, and engineers were nice and helpful with warm smiles. The service was great! The room was clean and gave comfortable experience! My kids always asked to visit this hotel every summer. We love the indoor swimming pool and the gym! Besides, there are many restaurants and supermarkets around. Also, it's close to a park and a nice wonderful beach. We already recommended our friends to choose this hotel for their next trips!

Summary: Great service. Great hotel and great location, pool is a big PLUS as well. Only drawback was my room didn't have a coffee maker, and unlike most hotels these days, there wasn't any coffee available in the lobby!

Summary: Location was great. Rooms were a little outdated but very clean. The room was large and could have fit another bed instead of the sofa bed that they had.
