Summary: The check in was courteous and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was so so…food quality was mediocre…coffee was hot and tasty.

Summary: We arrived late and in need of sleep, but unfortunately we were put in the room next door to the breakfast room and at 5:30am the breakfast prep people began their morning duties and were so noisy they woke us up (and I sleep with earplugs). The quality of breakfast was so-so, some hot foods were not hot and the hostesses stared at the guests while they ate which felt uncomfortable. When I brought up the early noise level upon checking out the man at reception didn't seem to care that much. If you stay here ask for a room far from the breakfast room.

Summary: The breakfast room was so far away and on the second floor. I've never seen a breakfast room so I'll placed in all the hotels I've stayed in.

Summary: Breakfast was very disappointing. I arrived 30 minutes into it, and all that was there was muffins and apples, 2 yogurt cups and coffee/juice. No toast, nothing you’d see at a typical hotel continental breakfast. It was stuffy in my room, no matter how low I turned the AC, it never stayed on longer than a couple minutes. Noise travels easily through the walls, if there’s kids on your floor, you will hear them. The beds were alright, though not overly comfortable. The blanket had a scratchy edge and the pillows were quite lumpy. It was serviceable for my needs, but I likely wouldn’t book here again, even though the price was better than other places.

Summary: Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately, when we tried to shower in the evening there was no hot water. We ran it for over 5 minutes. Tried to call the front desk but no answer. The hot tub the next morning started off great but after a few minutes was extremely cold. When leaving we told the front desk about the issues. He said the hot tub was being filled while we were in it which is why it was getting colder. I suggested perhaps they put up a sign so guests know it’s not ready for use yet. He laughed at us and in a very snarky rude way told us it was being filled, as if we were idiots for getting in the hot tub and not knowing that. He said he had no idea why there was no hot water the evening before. We were very polite when informing them of these issues, specifically stating we aren’t complaining but wanted to let you know, but the disrespectful and rude response was unexpected and awful. We will not be back.
