Summary: Very spacious room that was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Large vanity, but bathroom was compact. Staff very friendly, and happy to store our luggage for half a day. Breakfast was great - lots of variety. Location was safe, walkable to both Midtown and Downtown Houston. Security guard at the door at night was great peace of mind. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The pillows are super stiff, thick and uncomfortable, and they are all the same no choice of softer pillows. They charge for parking, should be included. They charge for "early" check in, even if room is ready, they try to charge unnecessary fees in an already poor value stay. Freakfast is ok, motel-style junk food. Elevator is slow, and only one small one, and the cleaning staff uses the same elevator, very lame. Front desk lady is strict, inflexible, just wants to charge fees, answers the phone while still checking you in, poor manners. Overall it as overpriced. The location is central, but nothing nice within walking distance.

Summary: We could not be happier with our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even helped locate a pair of earrings I left behind. The hot tub was amazing and the pool is beautiful. I love the location and that there is security guarding the parking lot. The only thing I would change is possibly requesting a top floor room because there was a lot of noise and squeaking coming from the ceiling that woke us up every morning. Otherwise the hotel is phenomenal. 10/10 recommend!
