Summary: Did not eat. The Bed was excellent!! The comforter was torn. I did let them know at the front desk about it so I won’t keep my $20 deposit. I was also charged for two guest on the insurance in case I wasn’t able to show up, but there was only one guest myself.

Summary: It was a tremendous disappointment. The hallways were dingy and dirty and smelled of urine since it’s a pet friendly hotel. The armchair in the room was filthy. I hesitated to walk barefoot on the carpeting. Well past a renovation.

Summary: Our stay was for two nights. When we arrived, the room didn't seem very clean. The bathroom floor was dirty, the bathroom lock didn't work, and the bathroom ventilation didn't work properly, so we had to sleep all night with that constant noise, among other things.

Summary: The hotel is showing its age. Chipping paint, popcorn ceilings with water stains, old caulking that needs redoing in the bathroom. The beds are good. The bathrooms are tiny. Also what really got me is how dark and uninviting the hotel is. The carpets are dark, the walls are dark and the hallway lighting is dim. The pool area seems to have lights but they aren't on in the evening. It just feels dark and lonely and not a place you want to be.

Summary: Room was clean and comfy, staff was friendly and efficient BUT: Pool doesn't open until 10 am and is weirdly combined with the wedding venue space. Internet in our wing of the hotel wasn't working. Staff didn't say anything about the internet being down, but then said it was a storm, but it worked fine in the lobby. Seemed more like an ongoing issue of being uneven across the hotel (varied between one and two bars, but wouldn't connect in our room, four bars and connected fine in the lobby). Reliable internet in every single room should be standard. I felt transported back to the early 2000s and not just bc of the internet.
