Positive: Manager was honest and tried to compensate for error. He gave reliable information and service therefore got better rating. The location is convenient for the airport, with a bus station nearby. After waisted time and maybe 6/7 trips down to reception, Air-condition, fixing beds and safe issues were handled. Some hotel workers were helpful, while others completely useless.
Negative: Nothing was done as it should Room location Beds Air-condition Safe deposit box Most was fixed only after a lot of time and effort. A small example of a useless employee: asked the lady at reception where is the bus station to the airport, she said there wasn't any, manager overhead and gave information. Asked to fix Air-condition, reception said ok, did nothing until I intercepted another employee who knew how to fix it..same every time. In a good hotel, aircon, beds, room location are all prepared in advance, and if needed fixing, one request should be enough. Dining room is basement style, food ok, not good. Hotel has potential, if better staffed could be much better.

Positive: The hotel was clean and has a nice pool. I checked in early, and although my room was not ready, they had a locked room for luggage and I was able to use the pool.
Negative: The location is not great. 30 minute walk to the boardwalk.

Positive: The fresh orange juice and the complementary breakfast was very nice and I loved the omelette bar. The complementary service such as the beverages upon arrival and the pool towels was also very nice. The front desk tried to meet our needs whenever they could. Another niceity was that the luggage room was locked and only accessible by the hotel staff.
Negative: 1. The gym had inconvenient operation hours and there was no AC when we arrived so it was very hot like 32 degrees inside. Also the water inside the gym was often empty. 2. The charge of 25€ for the sauna and only being able to book for 1 hour instead of like 30 min. And it was by reservation only. 3. The spa might as well not exist because we tried multiple times to book a facial and were told to keep waiting or try again later. The communication between the spa rep. And the hotel staff was severely lacking. 4. Our room was very small and the two single beds that I requested were very much like one queen with only like 1-2 inches of separation.
