Summary: A good deal for one night. The a/c only got cool when it was set to 60, and the only the volume button worked on the remote control. If it was more than one night, I would have complained.

Summary: The stay was good. We weren't at the hotel much. It was a good stay. The staff I worked with was friendly, the room was good and it was easy to get to from the highway.

Summary: Good stay, when we arrived you could tell someone had smoked in our room but it was not that bad. We called the front desk and they immediately came up and sprayed our room. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The property was nice and looked to be taken care of. The pool was nice but hot tub was only Luke warm, but it was June. Breakfast was good and the property felt safe. I would not have any issues staying here again.

Summary: Best Western had all the necessary amenities I needed & was in a very convenient location. The front desk staff were very helpful when I had technical difficulties with the TV and the maids were so friendly! Thank you guys!!

Summary: The toilet was having major issues flushing, even with just water in it. We had to use a plunger every time we used it to keep it from overflowing. There was a plunger in the bathroom so I got the feeling that management was aware of the issue before we got there. We reported it when we left because I don't think a hotel should put customers in a room that has that kind of issue until it has been properly fixed. To pay over $100 for one night and have to plunge a toilet every time it is used is not ok.
