Summary: Check in was quick and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the basic continental breakfast with warm and cold choices. We happened to be there during graduation time, so it was really busy. The lobby and dining area were nice and up to date, but we felt like the rooms could use a little TLC in the updating or remodeling department. Bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom showed water damage along the floor and walls. For some reason we had to have our key re keyed twice because they would not work. Location is great. Many great restaurants and activities close by. Overall, the stay was great, just felt like the price was a little high for what we paid for, but that could have been because it was in high demand due to graduation.

Summary: I needed a early check to coordinate with a family member in the hospital and they accomodated me. The bed was so soft and I slept well. There was a problem with the outside door not locking and they fixed it right away. The breakfast was fresh and really good coffee. Staff friendly and helpful.

Summary: Everything was great except for the shower. Water pressure was decent. Water did not drain very well at all. Kinda gross.

Summary: Not a 5 star resort, but the staff treated us like it was....and at a fraction of the cost. Little dated but clean. Staff was phenomenal!! Everyone of them that we interacted with were incredibly helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of options, including coffee drinks.

Summary: The room was clean, the beds comfortable, rooms were quiet with very little to no noise from the hall or adjacent rooms; the shower was great if you like lots of water which we both do; the A/C kept the room really nice and cool without making any undo noises; and the little 'fridge in the room worked well. I only found 2 things I would change. The parking that is specified for the hotel wasn't clearly marked and we weren't sure, until I inquired at the desk, if the parking was for the Springhill Suites, Shirley's (which is a breakfast restaurant), or Tandoori Restaurant. Once we knew where we could park there were always plenty of spaces available. In addition, I'm kind of a fitness nut and love to use the stairs rather than an elevator. I always used the North stairwell and it was probably the NICEST stairwell I've seen in a long time - a nice big window at each landing, clean, cushy carpet, and quite nice framed artwork on each landing as well. The stair rails were white steel which unfortunately need a good wipe down on the top surfaces. Also the light fixture on the 2nd floor landing was burned out so the artwork didn't show as well and it felt a tiny bit dark. For those of you who never use a stairwell this will seem silly but I think if the stairs are clean then it follows that the rest of the facility will be as well.
