Summary: The room was big and looked overall clean. The balcony had dirt and cobwebs everywhere never gets cleaned. The toilet had a block of wood behind it to help keep the toilet from moving around. The beds were not comfortable at all. The free hot breakfast was the best thing about this hotel.

Summary: There was no hot water for showers either morning. Reported it to the office the first night but got no response. On checkout the clerk said I remember you telling me that yesterday and maintenance said it was fixed. It wasn’t fixed and made morning prep very uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the response from the staff.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying so close to the BYU campus that we could walk every day. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The first day the cook for the breakfast didn't arrive until 8 am which was a bit uncomfortable and we waited for the desk clerk to arrive at her desk for 15 minutes before we were able to check-in. We had quite a battle with the airconditioner which we needed to adjust daily for a consistent temperature. It seems quite old. The rooms could stand to be updated for a more modern look but overall, we would definitely stay there again. We absolutely LOVED the Tandoori restaurant next door which gave us a 15% discount because of our hotel booking.

Summary: Hotel was ok. Needs complete updating. Carpet in room badly frayed. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Elevator was extremely slow. Didn’t have breakfast. But, it appeared to be fine. Front desk staff friendly.

Summary: Parking was horrible with the actual spaces quite tight. The receptionist was welcoming, polite and friendly. Breakfast was a little bit weak, needs a better selection of food items.

Summary: Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. The shower only gives you about 2 min before it gets cold but if you shut it off and wait a minute it comes back.
