Summary: The outside does look dated, however the rooms we had were updated and in great condition. We did need to change rooms mid stay due to an extra noisy guest above us but the mgmt team moved us right away when we made them aware of things. Both of our roooms were at the back of the hotel overlooking the parking lot, so not much of a view in the "city view" advertised. Bathrooms were compact but had good showers and were clean. Bed was also good size and very comfy. We would probably stay there again should the need arise to visit Vancouver overnight.
