Summary: The hotel lobby is very nice and welcoming. The staff too, were helpful and friendly. The rooms were gross. Dirty, damp carpets. Hardly any bathroom toiletrees. The housekeeping crew was VERY friendly. Breakfast items were limited and hardly offered any foods. We tossed the food away and left to eat nearby. Overall, we were passing through from a long drive and our time was limited there but I won't be returning to this hotel. I rated it 2 stars instead of 1 because the hotel staff and housekeeping were lovely, helpful and very pleasant but the hotel, was not.

Summary: It was a welcome relief as I started my move to a new community out of FL. I slept wonderfully which is key for me. Front staff was great!

Summary: Pros: newly remodeled, quiet at night, excellent location, the sheets/beds/towels/furniture are super clean, bathrooms are clean, very varied hot breakfast, comfy beds, coffee available 24 hours, super clean pool, free parking, safe area, clean new gym, hotel overall smells lovely. Cons: the hallway carpets are filthy, lamps are rusted with usb ports that are smashed (these lamps are NOT new, probably bought in bulk from a prior hotel), the doors to the rooms are problematic to open, keys kept getting deprogramed, staff is not friendly (polite but not friendly), hot water went away for a day in one of our rooms, chill out parts of the lobby never had the lights on (the main entrance did but the side one did not). The pictures posted by the hotel are accurate. I'm including pictures of what is not visible in the profesional pictures.

Summary: The hotel is so filthy that it makes you question your room. The spa was not working. The surroundings are equally in bad shape. Your view from the pool is a light pole on the ground. Everything is dirty! There's no AC in the lobby or elevators. The breakfast is amazing, but they don't replenish until the whole thing is empty, so there's a gap of nothing available. Comfy beds and pillows. Do not expect a friendly staff. They are respectful, but not friendly. Lastly, the carpets! Oh, the carpets in the hallway are filthy! You'll be nauseously surprised.

Summary: OVERALL, THE LOCATION PROVED MOST CONVENIENT- CHARMINGLY CLOSE TO THE MOTORWAY AND ATTENDED BY COURTEOUS STAFF. THE DECOR I MUST SAY, WAS QUITE LOVELY, WITH THOUGHTFUL TOUCHES THROUGHOUT. HOWEVER, IT IS SOME REGRET THE JACUZZI WAS NOT IN PROPER WORKING ORDER, DEPRIVING US OF THE SOOTHING RELAXATION EXPERIENCE ONE SO ANTICIPATES IN SUCH AN AMENITY. THOUGH WE DID OUR BEST TO ENJOY THE STAY, I FEAR IT FELL SHORT OF TRUE EQUANIMITY. A PITY, REALLY- BUT NOT WITHOUT ITS CHARMS.
