Positive: The location was in walking distance of lots of shops n restaurants which was great! Loved the makeup mirror in the bathroom.
Negative: Breakfast could of been better, coffee was watered down. Not many choices. We ended up having breakfast outside. The bed was not comfortable at all. Woke up with a headache and backache..The rooms and beds definetely need upgraded, the hotel is older.

Positive: We arrived late in the evening. Everything was fine when whe arrived. There was a reception with a person who asked us to make the check in with a woman on a big smart-tablet next to the table. I was a skeptical at the beggining but it was fine. The girl was very nice and helpful :) I also ordered my new phone to this hotel and they delivered the phone into the front desk. When I picked up my package i just had to show my ID (passport) and then I got it. Thank you so much for your service, because now I have my new phone because of you :) The bed and room was comfy, the room has also a fridge and a microwave which is a big plus when you are traveling with a lot of thing and snacks. The room had a balcony with a view on the hills and highway. During the night I haven't heard any car passing by, because the windows were very tight fixed so we haven't heard any noise from the road. The view to the indoor complex of a hotel had also very nice feeling with the palms and a sitting place in the middle with a pleasant green grass. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of things to choose and the breakfast room also had a music corner with musical instruments and stereo speakers, which means that maybe a live music can happen there in the evenings ? It looked very nice. Parking was also fine (free), we parked behind the hotel under the rooms and it was fine. We didn't have the chance to try the swimming pool because we had to go early and there was a very nice conference room in a beautiful traditional style. After a long flight from europe to LA, this hotel was a perfect place for our relaxing rest after a long trip. Positive: Remember this a relatively inexpensive hotel, not the Ritz. That said, it was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was great as were the pillows, i had an excellent sleep. Breakfast was very good with fresh pico de gallo for my eggs. Orange juice would be a good addition. The staff was friendly, check in simple, check out also simple. When we return to the area we will stay here
Negative: If I could have enjoyed a cigar by the pool or outdoor courtyard, but it’s California
