Summary: Staff are amazing eager to help and friendly. Unfortunately took us time to find a room we could agree on. The first one smell of cigarette smoke. The second one smell of must ( old carpet close to pool). The third one was good. Newly renovated. The bathtub shower was strangely soft and uneven under footing. We had to ask to install phone in our room. The fan was on and very cold and we could not turn it off or control it caused sinus issues. Used pillows to block the airflow which solved our problem. Ice machine broken. Vending machine with water broken. Restaurant was perfect. Great breakfast. Had free breakfast because of the trouble we experienced. Booked here due to lower cost would rethink this in future.

Summary: Hotel was clean and all amenities were available when we went. My only caution it that while the street the hotel is on, the neighborhood within a five minute walk is rough.

Summary: Our room was not ready when we arrived and the front desk, while polite, was very disorganized. The room was very clean but quite noisy being close to the highway. No recycling bin in the room, so I assume they do not recycle.

Summary: The shower has no caddy or niche of any kind for shampoo, etc and the floor of the shower in the room I stayed in was literally flexible (mushy). It was like standing on a semi deflated air mattress which made it very difficult (and therefore dangerous) to stand on while showering. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.
