Summary: The strikers outside the hotel were very. Annoying with playing their music very loud until 11pm until after one night of that I called bylaw enforcement and that stopped. Breakfast was good and personal was friendly.

Summary: Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the noisy unionized staff who were picketing the property were a distraction.

Summary: We were there to attend a Foreigner concert at Casino Windsor Colleseum. Close to walk to from here. Close to Keg but we ate a very nice meal at River Room Restaurant overlooking riverside within the hotel. Panoramic window gave spectacular view of river and Detroit across the river. Great fireworks on 4th of July. Wish we had stayed longer. Will try to come back.

Summary: There is currently a labour stike happening so there was a picket line in front of the hotel. Didnt cause too much of an issue. There was no housekeeping. Our room was tidy but lacked a few amenities such as towels.

Summary: The hotel's personnel are on strike seeking 1 CAD$ addtional per hour. There are strikers' encampments at both entrances with tents, barbecues and rock music blaring. Management and family are manning the property with security stationed throughout Ice machines on the 4th, 6th and 8th floor were inoperational. I gave up. Windsor being a quasi union town, drivers honked their support of the strikers at all hours. WHY IS THIS PROPERTY BEING LISTED BY HOTELS. COM WITHOUT A WARNING?

Summary: Well the pool was not working but you could use the adjoining hotels pool which was inconvenient as you had to obtain a separate card to access the pool...and our room lost power

Summary: The panoramic view of the river was the best thing about our stay. Some of the worst parts were: cable was out for most of the night, as was the wifi. The pool was closed for use. The room wasn't the cleanest. Over all the view was great but there are some kinks they need to work out for a better stay.
