Summary: I was terribly disappointed in this hotel. It was dirty including the carpets and the bathrooms. Because of its rundown condition I had trouble sleeping. After the first night I requested to see another room. It was slightly better so we moved rooms. I could not secure another hotel in this small town due to a college graduation or I would have spent extra money to move. Some of our family stayed in another hotel which was quite nice. We did eat at the breakfast which was acceptable.

Summary: This was really just a place to sleep. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The pool was fun for the girls. The entrance is a little frustrating as it is very narrow and at check-in time gets congested making it difficult to get in or out. The entrance is right on Main Street and exiting is difficult during high traffic times. Forget about making a left turn out of there at 5pm. My daughter noticed that the sheets on her bed weren't the cleanest. They were probably just stained, but it was unsettling. The phone in our room didn't work- not a huge deal normally because who cares about the room phone, but we were there with a bunch of girls on her volleyball team, and it would've been fun for them to be able to call on the hotel phones. The door of our room was wide open when we arrived. Nobody was in the room and a staff member came and checked it out for us, but it was still a little creepy. The door latch stuck a little such that if you didn't agressively close the door it might not stay closed. I am sure the neighboring rooms didn't appreciate that at 6am.

Summary: The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and we really liked the upgrade room they gave us, it was huge and it had a Whirlpool for two people and a separate toilet area very comfortable bed and two chairs with an ottoman. Also had a nice table for four people with two chairs on it that we ate some snacks at as well as looked at magazines. The vanity was very long and even though I had one sink it was great for two people getting ready at the same time it was probably 8 ft long. And the heater worked great it was very cold in Logan 9°. It flipped that heater on it would warm it up in no time it felt so good!

Summary: The staff was very responsive and accommodating at check-in, and later when we had a problem they were quick to resolve it. We would definitely stay there again.
