Positive: The price was good. The staff was friendly.
Negative: I didn't like this location. We have rather stayed at a different location, closer to the mall and other entertainment. The rooms were clean but it had a stale odor. Grounds could have been cleaner as well.

Negative: I'm a little disappointed. We stay at best westerns almost exclusively.. I'm writing this as we've just checked in a couple hours ago. I took the opportunity to read the reviews AFTER checkin upon some discoveries I am surprised that there's so many good ones It's the ratings of those reviews that prompted me to book this BW booking.com & the 112+ tax was just what we needed for one night of sleep after an 11 hour car ride (not using the pool not using the gym just need to sleep) Here's what we found in our room No electricity on the headboard side of the room so no clock no nightlight no plugging in cell phone I called the lobby. No one answered, and I'm just too tired to change my room tonight. There's a sconce light over the microwave that when touched flips upside down and almost hits you No lovely duvet at the end of the beds like the ones in the pictures The desk chair with wheels is broken. The TV keeps cutting on and off. I know it's an older place so could explain the room reeks of years of smoking at least in this room This room should be taken off the roster until things are fixed I did find one review helpful post registration was my floor didn't have ice either so she's right the third-floor had ice however melty This is why I don't belong to one particular chain as a regular The only other BW that was kind of sloppy, was the one in Lincoln, Nebraska in 2023

Negative: Mattress was “lumpy”. Room needs TLC especially in bathroom, or, maybe it’s just poor caulking and finish work.
Summary: Ok. Expected a bit more for the price. I did appreciate the property being pet and smoke free.
