Summary: My room was at the ground floor, and it was noisy all night long. I was able to slept only 3 hours. Also, AC filter wasn’t clean , got allergies next day.

Summary: My first time staying at a Best Western.. I love the spacious rooms.. my only complaint is that you couldn’t take your breakfast to your room, I had my 76 year old mom with me in another room and she didn’t want to come down and eat breakfast down is the lobby.. And that should be a choice of a paying customer…

Summary: Not going to lie room was excellent service not. The staff was stingy on certain items. If you needed extra towels or covers they’re going to ask what you need it for. Be careful if you have visitors just to see you for a couple of minutes or hours you might get charged for having extra. Recommend solo only

Summary: The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained; however the clerk was anything but accommodating. He was downright rude and argumentative. When asked for extra pillows, he said there were none. He managed to find one and told us that guests brought their own pillowcases when extras were needed. (Due to a medical condition, it is necessary to almost sit up to sleep & not always possible to travel with extras). The water was lukewarm at best - his response was the water is hot. The clock radio had a USB port but the radio did not work - his response was there is nothing wrong with the radio. We were not complaining but thought management would want to address the problems for the next guest.

Summary: Overall our stay was great. Room was clean. I didnt appreciate getting charged for extra occupants. I don't think i have ever been charged for extra occupants. Also, no extra toilet paper in room. I guess you would have to request it.
