Summary: Great location close to Monoprix grocery and exceptional bakeries and restaurants. Located in a high-end retail and residential area so didn't feel touristy. Room was a good size with nice, large, comfortable bed. We had 2 extra beds set up for the children but still had plenty of room to move around. Our rear room overlooked pleasant interior courtyard gardens. Room was quiet (no traffic noise) but unfortunately can hear plumbing and hairdryer in next room's bathroom. Staff were friendly. A few irritating niggles that I wouldn't expect of a 4 star hotel lost the hotel points from us such as: plug sockets not all able to charge phones properly, dirty carpet seemed not to have been shampooed in a long time, erratic replenishing of bathroom sundries and a lose, cheap quality toilet seat! We won't return as didn't blow us away and was relatively expensive for what we got. But give it a go if you get a good deal!

Summary: The cleanliness and the staff's attention is terrible. They only make the bed, they don't clean the bathroom, and they don't pick up the trash from the room, except if it's food. I stayed there for 9 nights and from the first day I dropped a piece of paper on the floor and it remained there every day, despite the fact that I asked the lobby staff to clean it properly and change the sheets, which never happened.

Summary: This is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to the tourist attractions, e.g. 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. There are also shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes within 5 minutes, even McDonald’s. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff is nice, for the price point you can’t beat this. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Summary: The refrigerator didn’t work and the hot water was warm at best with virtually no water pressure. The room was clean and the hotel is in a good neighbourhood.
