Summary: Upon arrival gentleman at desk was on his phone and trying to disconnect from what seemed to be a personal call. Room had a mildew type odor to it and the ac/heating unit would not move out of the “cool mode”. They did offer another room, but opted not too because it was just for one night.

Summary: Whatever cleaner they use is overpowering. We had the window opened for three hours and could still smell it. Beds were extremely firm. You could hear traffic on Post Rd all night long.

Summary: The entire reason why we booked this hotel was because it had an airport shuttle and our flight was coming in very late at night. No one answered the hotel phone when we landed and tried to request the shuttle and no shuttle was at the area where they pick up. Upon arrival the person at reception said he was trying to do it all. Gave us keys for our room which didn't work either. Breakfast was not that great either. Will be my last experience with Best Western.

Summary: 2 people helped check in, the woman was friendly, upbeat, and was great. Male not so much, did not greet. Breakfast was good. But again only one staff member was friendly.

Summary: Very convenient to the airport. Good breakfast with hot options. They had an option for a bag breakfast if you had to leave before the breakfast was open. Lots of parking. Quiet.
