Summary: The hotel was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled of marijuana every where. The staff was very kind. The rooms were pretty clean. The beds were clean but not comfortable.

Summary: Staff was great. Room was clean, and the lobby was really beautiful- decorated for Christmas. So warm and inviting. However, the “furnace” In our room was not able to be regulated. So I was told to turn it off when it got too hot, and open a window- it was 1* outside…. And from 3:30 AM until 6, a hall alarm repeatedly went off, so sleep was a passing luxury. Aside from those two things, it was a pleasant stay, and they allowed us a late check out

Summary: There was so much ice in the parking lot, needed something to melt it off. Sidewalks had it on them too. Pool heater was broken and all ice machines where out of order too

Summary: Pool heater not working. More chlorine in hot tub than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Room clean, Bathroom poorly arranged. Motor to run hot tub jets very loud. Breakfast good, ladies serving helpful, pleasant, and accommodating

Summary: Place was nice, clean room, nice breakfast, except we went so the grandkids could play in the pool, but the pool was so cold you couldn’t swim in it. I think they would get hypothermia if they would have swam in there for any length of time. I could barely put my foot in it! They sat in the hot tub!

Summary: I feel like there was always a sign at the front desk be back in a moment. My room smelled like sewer gas everytime I ran the sink. There were never towels in the pool area. The pool area garbages were always full and never empty. There is no security what so ever in that hotel. I didnt feel safe. Anyone could come in at anytime and come swimming or into the hotel if they were homeless. This place needs work!!
