Summary: Be aware: there is no elevator, only stairs. Place was clean and quiet. Check in was fast and friendly. The AC never did reach our ideal temperature and the sheets were scratchy. Breakfast was meh. Fine for the price.

Summary: Outside of the building (solid) didn't match the inside (very good). Breakfast good, but eggs ran out early and no yogurt (as advertised).

Summary: The overall hotel was ok, water worked, room was clean, bed was in good shape, staff was helpful. This is an older hotel, so some items are just old or it was built according to build styles at the time. The ice machine was out of service, the garbage by the back entrance was not clean, some people had piled extra garbage beside the trash can, racoons had a time with it over night. The next evening, some of it was picked up but there was more dropped there, waiting to feed more racoons. It shouldn't take much for someone to pick it up and keep the area clean, hose off the concrete where the excess crop oozed from empty containers.

Summary: The 2nd floor was undergoing some work, so at the back stairway area, lots of debris in that area. Contractor should've vacuumed afterwards. The AC unit was loud, would've made falling asleep easier had the humming been lower. Overall, It was a decent experience. For the value, and convenience I will stay again.

Summary: Hotel was a convenient location for a quick work trip. Arrived very late and checked out very early. The young man working the night shift was quick and efficient getting me checked in.

Summary: There was a big bag of garbage in the hall way when we checked in, and still laying there the next morning when we left. The room was much nicer then expected.
