Summary: Check in was .... odd. The person working the front desk was seemingly high on something and in my distraction after a long day's drive, I did not check to be sure that I received my ID back from them at check-in. Asked the desk to keep looking for it but it did not reappear. We were told there was no housekeeping unless by request and since we didn't want to spend our time chasing down our needs we were running short of everything by the end of our stay -- towels, toilet paper, etc. Definitely not the level of service I would expect staying at a big name hotel, so I will not choose not to stay here again since now I have to deal with replacing my driver's license, and overall it was just not an enjoyable place to stay. The rooms were functional but not fancy and sheets were a bit ragged, rough.

Summary: Our room was a corner room above the designated smoking spot outside. Workers and people were out throughout the night and early morning talking that we were up most of the nights we stayed there from it.

Summary: Probably one of the nicest best westerns I’ve been to in a long time front desk, staff where amazing so accommodating the rooms were beautifully made. It was quiet very well taken care of, and the breakfast was spot on.

Summary: On our first night a strong chemical odor at midnight awoke us. After checking with the front desk we were informed the stairwell was being painted. The premises as well as our room very clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was excellent, housekeeping very helpful and friendly. My friend and I had a wonderful stay and will stay there again.
